Service fee
8% – 12% of the item price, depending on the platform, category and order size. You always receive the quotation before I pay the seller.
Domestic warehouse
First 15 days free. After that, storage is charged per day and per parcel. Long storage can be arranged on request.
International shipping
Charged by weight and destination country. We compare DHL, EMS and dedicated lines and pick the best option for you.
Important: shipping is charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = length × width × height ÷ 6000 (cm). Bulky but light items are billed on volume, so please check before you buy.
Shipping estimator
Estimates only. Final charge is based on the weight measured at our warehouse, and on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000 or 6000 depending on the line). Estimates do not include import duties, taxes or remote-area surcharges.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimates on this site are indications only; we do not pay duties on your behalf and we do not under-declare values.
