How do I place an order?
Use the submit-order form with your product links, size, colour and quantity. I reply with a quotation before buying anything.
Which Chinese platforms can you buy from?
Taobao, Tmall, Pinduoduo, 1688 and Douyin shops.
How is shipping calculated?
By weight and destination country, on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 6000). The calculator gives an estimate; the final charge is based on the weight measured at the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Express (DHL) is usually 3-7 days after dispatch, EMS and dedicated lines 7-20 days. Customs inspection can add time.
Who pays customs duties?
The recipient. Duties and taxes are charged by your country on arrival, and we do not pay them on your behalf.
What cannot be shipped?
Replicas and counterfeit branded goods, batteries and power banks, liquids and aerosols, powders, food and medicine, weapons, and anything restricted by your country. See the Services page for the full list.
Does inspection cost extra?
Basic arrival photos are included. Detailed inspection or unboxing video is available on request.
Can I return something?
Once an item has been purchased from a Chinese seller, the payment cannot be reversed simply because you changed your mind. Faults, wrong items and transit damage are handled case by case — see the Refund Policy.
How do I pay?
By PayPal invoice in two parts: the first invoice covers the items and my service fee, the second covers international shipping and any extras.
How long can you store my parcel?
15 days free. After that a daily storage fee applies, and parcels left for a very long time may be treated as abandoned — see the Shipping Policy.
