Check your order status
Enter your order number and the email or phone number you used when ordering to see the current status:
Pending review → Quotation sent → Purchased → Partially received → All items received → Balance due → Packed → Shipped → Completed
For parcel-level detail (which items have arrived at the warehouse, which are still on the way), log in to your account page.
Just enter your email to see all your orders. Add the order number if you want to narrow it down.
