Where we ship
Worldwide, subject to the restrictions of the destination country. If a route is unavailable we will tell you before dispatch.
Charges
Shipping is charged by weight and destination, on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 6000 cm). Fragile or unusually shaped parcels may need extra packing, quoted separately.
Handling time
After the second invoice is settled, parcels are normally packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Delivery times
Express 3-7 days, EMS and dedicated lines 7-20 days after dispatch. Delays caused by customs, holidays or carrier backlogs are outside our control.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Track it from your account page or on the carrier’s site.
Storage and abandonment
Storage is free for the first 15 days. After that a daily fee applies. Parcels left for 90 days without instruction may be treated as abandoned and disposed of.
Customs
Duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. If a parcel is returned or destroyed by customs, returned shipping costs are the recipient’s responsibility.
