1. What we do
We provide a purchasing and consolidation service: we buy goods from Chinese sellers on your instructions, receive them at our warehouse, consolidate and forward them to you. We do not sell the goods ourselves and we are not the seller of record.
2. Your instructions
You are responsible for the accuracy of links, options, sizes, colours and addresses you give us. Purchases made exactly as instructed are your responsibility.
3. Quotations and payment
Quotations are valid for 7 days and may change if the seller changes the price, the item goes out of stock, or the exchange rate moves. Orders are shipped only after the second invoice is settled.
4. Prohibited items
We refuse counterfeit branded goods, batteries and power banks, liquids and aerosols, powders, food, medicine, weapons, and any item prohibited by Chinese export rules or by your country’s import rules.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare goods truthfully and do not under-declare values.
6. Risk and liability
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms. Our liability is limited to the shipping charges we collected, unless you have purchased additional insurance.
7. Storage and abandonment
Parcels are stored free for 15 days. Beyond that a daily fee applies; parcels left for 90 days with no response may be treated as abandoned.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this site at the time of your order applies.
